Just did my first 10K in over a decade (a few months after doing my first 5K in about the same time). Wasn’t fast but I didn’t stop! Feeling very proud of myself

Managed to beat my 5K again! Dead pleased

First time I’ve managed a 5k in under half an hour since I was a teenager. To most runners I’m sure this is nothing but I’m ecstatic.
